Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without signing in except sync. To keep the same cards across devices, sign in with Apple or email on each device — the account exists for syncing, so your cards survive a device change.

What are the AI limits?

The free plan already lets you ask AI questions and make cards from your material. If you make a lot of cards from material, Memento Pro raises the AI limit. Reviews, target dates, and statistics work the same in both.

Can I import my Anki decks?

Yes. Go to Settings → Import and select your .apkg file.

How do I sync across devices?

Sign in the same way on each device (Apple or the same email). Sync runs automatically when the app opens or when you make changes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your cards and review history will be permanently removed.

What if AI responses are inaccurate?

AI responses are for reference only. We recommend verifying critical information with primary sources.
